I'm Thankful for.....

I know that with Thanksgiving approaching that people are really starting to think about what they are thankful for and I am betting most of us have the same exact answer..Our Families. I really have been thinking about it lately and I decided that I am really thankful for this guy...

...my dear sweet idiotic husband. I know it is not really nice to call my husband idiotic but if you knew what he put up with since he married me 6 years ago you would call him the same thing. (Just kidding..but its true) I am very thankful that my husband puts up with all my crap that I put him through. He is my everything and I know that he really will love me no matter what happens in our lives and I know that I can really count on him to be there when I need him the most. I know he really loves me since after I give him crap he always comes back to me..ok so that is not true..he has never left to come back to begin with. So That to me is True love.

I am also Thankful for my cute little girls.....

They amaze me everyday and each of them are so different but yet so alike. Alexye is the sweetest little girl you will ever meet. She is always trying to help me out and her smile can brighten up a room. Sayge is our little tomboy. Her songs are always heard throughout the whole house and her dances are always enough to make you smile. Angelyse is always happy no matter what you do. She goes runs around the room like crazy and she is laughing the whole time. Whenever she is getting into something she lives up to her nickname and she will look like an innocent angel. Its hard to get mad at her.

We are also thankful for all the love and support from our families and friends and we really appreciate everyone for accepting us and loving us even with all our faults and for never making us feel like we need to change who we are to be accepted. I know we are not perfect and we make mistakes but I think that our lives would be pretty boring with out all the bumps.

I really hope everyone has an awesome and safe Thanksgiving whatever your plans may be!

Girls + the deer = one crazy week!

Ok so Sayge had a big surprise when she got home from school... She lost yet another tooth. She ran in the door all excited. It came as a total surprise. the night before when we brushed her teeth I didn't notice anything. This week has been interesting with Sayge. Almost every day I have been called by the school to let me know Sayge was injured. One day a kid ran into her and it knocked her down pretty hard. Another day the teacher called to let me know that one student pushed another student into Sayge and they hit their heads pretty hard. But she was ok and the nurse gave her an ice pack. She had a pretty good little bump on her head but she was good. Another day she fell on the playground and landed kinda hard. So her losing a tooth shouldn't have been that surprising after all she has been through but I really had no idea. She is the most excited little girl though. She can't wait for the tooth fairy to come. She even wanted to watch The Santa Clause 2 or 3 since the tooth fairy was in it. She is so crazy and emotional. This week we had a group of 5 deer hanging around a lot and I guess they decided to eat our pumpkin that was sitting on our porch since we never carved it. Well Sayge got so emotional over it and she wanted me to find the deer for "killing" her pumpkin and make it apologize. I tried not to laugh and I explained to her that deer need to eat to and that the pumpkin didn't feel anything. While trying not to burst into laughter in the back of my mind all I could think of was good luck finding out what deer did this. (I know I am such a nice mom) Matias being the nice papa he is he reported the crime to the local authority (a.k.a his cop friend) but sadly there is nothing he could do. I think his exact words were, "that sucks." we did get great advice from my buddy Todd he says to just shot it cause it is only right. But there are two problems with that...1- We wouldn't know what one to shoot and 2- Sayge said that would be mean and hurt the deers feelings if we shot it. ( I didn't want to go into the whole explanation to Sayge that it wouldn't have feelings once we shot it..I will save that conversation for when she is a lot older. JUST KIDDING!!!) Then of course Alexye gets into the action of demanding the deer apologize . I seriously think I have 2 teenage girls trapped in a 4 and 5 year old body. I really do love my girls and even though they don't try to they always make me laugh in one way or another. Even Angel is getting into the action and she tries to copy everything her big sisters do. Lets just say our house is never quiet. It is either filled with screams and tantrums and crying or its filled with laughter and squeals of delight. I really would not change it for the world. When our house is silent it kind of freaks me out.

Lately..

I know I have been slacking off lately and I have not written anything but oh well life has been busy. Halloween was awesome! We had so much fun with My parents. We carved pumpkins and we went trick or treating. The girls were pretty princesses. I will post pictures when I get them on my computer. But we really did have a blast!! The girls got their flu shots and their h1n1 shots. It was really interesting and Sayge got to use herlungs at full force for the first time in awhile. We had to have a couple nurses hold her down then the best part was after she got the flu shot the first thing she says is, "oh, that wasn't so bad." Then Angel got the same shot and didn't even cry. It was just one of those days where you have to practice patience. (I totally almost failed.) Anyways, Then we finally got ALL of our Argentina pictures on Cd. We were at Walmart for (I am not even kidding...) 5 hours! We had to do it by the Kodak machine because the wal mart people were retarded and couldn't figure out how to do it. Its ok though because we also got a new camera since ours turned out to be retarded and didn't work half the time. (this was a week after we got back that we got the camera.) It took Matias a little while to persuade walmart that we past the 30 day deadline for returning the camera because we were on a plane when it past. We even showed them a plane ticket. It was so much fun but my awesome husband came through for us! (by the way our new camera is the best and has no problems..YAY NIKON!! BOO KODAK!!) But the best part of the whole trip to walmart was on the way home when my husband..mr. i can speed if I want cause I am a cop... got pulled over!! Sadly he did not get a ticket cause we were right next to Diamondville and he knew the cop. I was so hoping for the whole, "sir could you please exit the vehicle so we can frisk you" type of thing because that would have been hilarious! Most people are not laughing when they get pulled over but I seriously could not stop. The cop probably thought I was weird cause I was laughing so hard. Anyways, I have other stuff to write about like.....CHRISTMAS!! We decorated our house today. (except the tree that does not come up til Thanksgiving night..its tradition) We figured that its better to have the decorations up for 2 months instead of 2 weeks especially with our girls who love the decorations. Our tradition has always been that once we decorate every night we turn off all the lights in the house but the Christmas ones and we watch a Christmas movie. So we are starting that tonight by watching Fred Claus. Our house looks awesome! Its good to have a little Christmas Spirit around. Even the deer are everywhere now. They ate the pumpkins off our front porch. Even though I have seen deer all my life and we have lived places where they are always around our house I still get amazed by them every time I see them. Anyways, That is everything that has happened in the past little bit in a short version. I pity the person who has to hear the long version....like my mom who has to hear everything during the 5 phone calls a day...sorry mom! (Really..I do call her like 5 times a day I have the phone records to prove it.) Anyways I hope everyone had a great Halloween and has a great Thanksgiving!!

Argentina is AMAZING!

Argentina was AMAZING!! I seriously didn't expect to loved it as much as I did. The girls were actually not too bad on the plane getting there. We arrived in Argentina in the morning so we had a full day to just look around. Ok the driving there is totally crazy they can take a 3 lane road and make it into a 6 lane road. I seriously don't know why they even paint lines on their roads. It took a little bit to get used to it but after like the first couple days I didn't even notice the driving anymore. The buildings are amazing. we took a tour of the city and we got to go around to all the sites and take pictures and just spend some time. We actually took 3 tours while there. The first was the city tour then the last couple days of our trip we took the tigre city tour and the gaucho tour. WE rode on a train and a boat on the tigre tour it was fun. The girls were kind of bratty but it worked out good. My favorite tour was definitely the gaucho tour!! The ranch was awesome and they did an Asado and while we were eating they danced and sang. The dancing was great!! THey even pulled people up to dance. The gaucho came over and actually pulled my chair out from under me when I tried to recline to dance. It ended up being pretty fun. Matias was even pulled up with a group to learn the tango. (Matias did his version of the tango. It was the funniest thing ever!!) We rode on a wagon and a tractor ride. We got a dvd of the tour since our camera batteries died. Its a good dvd we watched it last night and we are in it a lot. We got the dvd of the Tigre tour too. We also went to the coast! We loved it! We went to the beach and we found some awesome seashells. We also found some crabs. We went to Mundo Marino and the girls got to feed seals some fish. We went to all the shows and had a blast. The only crappy thing was I guess the night before the scenery at the Killer whale show was burned and some stuff fell in the water of the dolphin and killer whale tank they had it all cleaned up but they didn't do too much of a show with the killer whale but it was still really a lot of fun. We went around Santa terisita, San clemente, los totinas, and a couple other places. It was really a lot of fun. The girls loved the beach. We even had a dog follow us around on the beach. I named her buddy. She stayed close to Sayge or Alexye when Matias and I were kind of walking ahead of them. the girls were not allowed to touch her since we didn't know if she was nice or whatnot but after a while I couldn't help it and we pet her a little. I wanted to bring her home. We got to go to the zoo with everyone too. Anyways, We had a great time with Tio and Tia and Rosy. Tia and Rosy had school but we spent as much time as we could with them. Sayge and Alexye did really good when it came to the language barrier. Sayge even picked up on a lot of it. Whenever we ordered ice cream and we asked her what she wanted she would say chocolate in spanish. We all got sick after 5 days of being there. Sayge got over it quick but alexye was coughing up really bad with a fever and Angelyse got it too. There was a virus going around. Angelyse's fever would not go down. we finally took them to the hospital after Angelyse's fever was getting worse and alexye was coughing so bad that her nose started bleeding. It all turned out ok and after a day or so they both made great recoveries. Lexye and angel still have a little bit of a cough but thats all. Anyways I really wish I could write everything we did but that would take up a lot of time!! I really loved it over there. Matias and i are thinking that when he retires we would maybe go live over there for a little bit. The food is way better over there. Even Mcdonalds tastes better over there. Coca Cola tastes a lot better too. I can't drink coke here anymore cause it tastes so weird and its not good to me anymore. But that is a good thing because I need to stop drinking pop anyways. The people are really nice and it is really kid oriented over there. When our kids threw fits nobody gave us dirty looks or anything like that and everyone commented on how gorgeous our girls were. Even in Mundo Marino people payed more attention to us than to some of the attractions. We actually got surrounded and people kept asking us questions and taking pictures of us and the girls. It was really weird. I never want to be famous I hate all the attention. I can't wait to go back and visit! Anyways I am going to put pictures up once we get them all on a Cd we took a little over 2000 but I will only put up a select few. I really really want to write everything we did and every detail but yeah that will be totally impossible. I can say that I loved every minute we were there I really can't wait to go back. Everything was AMAZING!!!!!! Pictures will be posted soon.

Six crazy years and counting.

Ok so I know I said that I was done posting til after Argentina but I forgot to tell my husband how much I love him and that I am really looking forward to our 6 year anniversary and the many more anniversaries to come! The past six years have had a lot of ups and some downs to even them out but I seriously would not trade one single weird, loving, and crazy moment of the past 6 years. So I just wanted to say thanks to my awesome husband and the love of my life and one of my best friends Matias! Thanks for putting up with me for the last 6 years!! (I thought I would add just some of the pictures from our wedding. I had to take pictures of the pictures so they are not that good but oh well you can still see it.)
